Vet Career Connect is a program that connects New Jersey National Guard soldiers  with Einstein’s Alley employers. This initiative focuses on the individual soldier’s strengths and motivations by utilizing the Caliper Corporation proven Personality Assessment profile technique that objectively quantifies an individual’s competences as well as their strengths and potential. The expected outcome is a career and not just a job--- with the employer needs matched to the employee’s career desires.
